Relax & Unwind

I think one of the most important things toward your recovery is to take some time out for yourself, to unwind, to do the things you love, to do your hobbies or even find new things to do.


One of the things I like to do to unwind is to listen to an audio book on Kindle. You can find the app on the google store here: Amazon Kindle - Apps on Google Play and on the Apple store here: ‎Amazon Kindle on the App Store (apple.com)



I was recommended an App called Calm by a friend, which I find relaxing. You can use this any time of day but I use it at night time as it personally relaxes me. I listen to sleep music, meditation and stories.
