*Always seek advice and guidance off your Doctor/Physiotherapist/Hospital
I have a personal trainer, Steve who helps me with my physical recovery. He is local to Oxfordshire and is on Instagram Steve (@peakfitnessoxford) • Instagram photos and videos
The first video of me is of me jumping and the 2nd video is of me doing squats and jumping, This is a massive improvement for me and I couldn't do this right at the beginning.
The first video is of me running at the beginning and then I gradually progressed over 4/5 weeks.
While I walk and run I use a knee support and an ankle support. This, I find, helps me a lot. Here you can find the ones I recommend.

This is the ankle brace that I have, I find it comfortable and it helps me personally. Please follow guidance from what your doctor/Physio says. There are many out there but here is the link to the one I have. Thuasne Dynastab Ankle Brace Support (physioroom.com)

I have been doing arm exercises with my Personal Trainer.
I recommend having a resistant band set as you can see in my videos. It works all of your body and what I think is great for helping recovery. Steve has one and recommend that I use it for my recovery.
Here is a link to where I purchased mine: FITFORT Resistance Bands Set, 11 Pack Exercise Bands Stackable up to 150lb, Indoor/Outdoor Workout Bands with Door Anchor & Handles for Fitness, Strength, Slim, Yoga, Home Gym Equipment for Men/Women: Amazon.co.uk: Sports & Outdoors

The other piece of equipment I recommend is Ankle/Wrist weights. Here is a link to the ones I recommend but there are a variety out there available to what ever suits you and your needs.

I have been using a Gripping Aid to assist me while I use the resistant bands and other things like weights. You can find one of these here at: General Purpose Gripping Aid | The Active Hands Company

(Please again seek advice and guidance from your doctor/Physio/Personal Trainer.)
